Born on the 10th of March 1968, Carlos Luis Torres is a former Paraguayan footballer. His preferred position was as striker.

Carlos Luis Torres played most of his career for CD Badajoz where he scored 45 goals in 182 games. Torres also played for Racing Club in Argentina towards the start of his Career in the 1992-93 season.

During his spell at Olimpia in Paraguay, Carlos Luis Torres finished as the top goalscorer in 1991.

Carlos Luis Torres made several appearance for the Paraguay national side during their 1994 World Cup qualifying campaign.
